“And out of the ground made the Lord God to grow every tree that is pleasant to the sight, and good for food” (Genesis 2:9a KJV).
Designing flowers has truly been a gift from God to me. I take great delight in sharing the beautiful flowers that our loving and artistic Creator has fashioned for us to enjoy.

Creating Your Candleholder Masterpiece
Small Floral Arrangement
Supplies Needed:
1 package of tulips (in color of your choice)
1 package of godetia (in color of your choice)
1 package of hydrangea (in color of your choice)
*Optional: Select a pre-made bouquet of flowers from your favorite florist (instead of separate types of flowers).
1 package of greenery
1 block of wet floral foam
1 candleholder to be used as a vase
1 piece of string or thin wire
1 pair of scissors
Instructions:
Step 1: Use a thin piece of wire or string to cut wet floral foam to fit in the candleholder.
Step 2: Soak wet floral foam in water and place in vase to begin your floral arrangement.
Step 3: Cut bottom stems of the branches from greenery and place on the outside of the wet floral foam, in order to give it a clean finished look.
Step 4: Cut bottom stems and gently place vibrant flowers into the wet floral foam so that they are spaced evenly and distribute the color and type of flower throughout the vase.
Step 5: Use the remaining greenery to fill in the gaps between the flowers to give your floral design a full, finished look.

Tips for Extending the Life of a Bouquet
- Change the water daily.
- Trim the stems at an angle every few days.
- Keep flowers in a cool location, away from direct heat and sunlight.
- Discard dried leaves and withered blossoms, and transfer the healthy ones to a smaller vase.
