Fabulous Foot Scrub
by Millie Clopine

Ingredients:

1 cup raw sugar
1 ½ oz. coconut oil
10 drops peppermint essential oil
1 pint of blackberries
16 oz. mason jar
Mint leaf (optional)

Directions:

In a glass bowl, using the double boiler method or the microwave, melt the coconut oil. Set aside.

In another bowl, mash the blackberries (about a handful) with a fork. Add blackberries to the melted coconut oil and stir to combine. Add the sugar and peppermint oil (you can add more sugar or coconut oil to reach your desired consistency). Scoop into an airtight container or jar and store in the fridge for up to one week.

After a long, hard day, massage this divine scrub into wet clean feet, and rinse completely. Pat dry and follow with your favorite lotion or oil. You will love your smooth feet!

Fizzy Bath Bomb
by Teresa Vigil

Ingredients:

1 cup baking soda
½ cup cornstarch
½ cup citric acid
½ cup Epsom salt
¾ tsp. water
2 tsp. essential oil of your choice
2 ½ tsp. coconut oil
2-3 drops of gel soap dye of your choice
Molds of your choice

Directions:

In a bowl, mix dry ingredients together well. Set aside. In a separate bowl, mix wet ingredients. Slowly add wet ingredients to dry ingredients in increments (a little at a time) making sure to not activate the citric acid.

Once all the ingredients are mixed well it should have the texture of wet sand.

Now you can add these ingredients to your molds, packing them well.

Press your molds together. Tap one side of the mold to loosen the bath bomb; do the same to other side of mold. Once the bath bomb is formed, let sit for 24 hours or place in the freezer for 2 hours to hold its shape. You’re ready to enjoy or gift the fun-loving fizzy bath bombs.

Sugar Lip Scrub
by Teresa Vigil

Ingredients:

4 tsp. brown sugar or white sugar
3 tsp. coconut oil
3 tsp. honey
2 drops peppermint oil
2 drops wild orange essential oil
2-3 drops food coloring or gel soap dye of your choice, for color.

Directions:

Mix all ingredients (except for the oils) to a glass jar and mix well.

Add oils and mix well.

Once the sugar scrub is mixed and the color is to your liking, slowly move ingredients to a container of your choice. I used a half-ounce cosmetic tin.
