Slow Cooker Cinnamon Lattes (Hot or Iced)

What You Need:

6 cups double-strength brewed coffee*
1 cup organic heavy cream OR 2 cups organic whole milk
1 cup organic cane sugar (or coconut sugar)
1 teaspoon organic vanilla
3 organic cinnamon sticks

* Double up on the coffee grounds needed for 6 cups of regular coffee.

What You Do:

  1. In the slow cooker, add the hot coffee and sugar. Stir until sugar is almost completely dissolved.
  2. Slowly add in the cream and/or whole milk in a stream stirring constantly.
  3. Once everything is blended, add the cinnamon sticks.
  4. Cook on HIGH for approximately 3 hours. I find different slow cookers heat differently, so you may not need the full 3
  5. hours or it may start separating.
  6. Serve lattes in mugs and top with whipped cream, if desired.
  7. These can also be turned into iced lattes by allowing the liquid to cool and serving over ice.
