“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding” (Proverbs 3:5 NIV).
We should not try to figure out everything on our own. Some things are better when placed in God’s hands.
At times, we as women, try so hard to fix things – only to find we end up messing it up! Christ will guide our decision-making if we totally trust and depend on Him. He will keep us on track and open new doors of opportunity to us.
We simply must place all our hope, trust, and faith in the Lord. We can then watch our life blossom, and we can become the beautiful woman of God He destined us to be. Whatever situation you are going through today, pray to God for strength, and trust Him to fulfill your every need.

What a wonderful word of encouragement – just reading this was a powerful reminder that our God loves us so much, and He doesn’t want us to strive or worry. I took a deep breath in, exhaled, and felt the peace of the Lord flood over me. Thank you, Vicki!
This is the very scripture my brother-in-law has used to encourage me every time I’ve faced a difficult situation. Since I moved to Colorado, I miss being close to my family and worshipping with them so much. But I know that moving here was not merely a decision I made but something He allowed for a reason. I’m not trying to figure it out; I’m not trying to figure a lot of things out. I am truly practicing the art of faith.
