
Peach Crumble
Ingredients:
3–4 c. peaches sliced
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. quick cook oats
2/3 c. sugar
½ c. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.˚
Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl and set aside. Lay the peach slices in a medium-sized cast-iron skillet. Add the crumble mixture on top of the peaches.
Bake at 350˚ for 40–45 minutes until the top of the crumble is browned and the peaches are bubbling. Remove from the oven and serve with vanilla ice cream.
Note: for an extra crunch in your crumble, you can add crushed almonds, pecans, or hazelnuts.
